SO:Fit privacy notes

SO:Fit uses health and training information to provide the app experience. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs or third-party tracking in this build.

Health Access

SO:Fit may request Apple Health access for supported metrics such as weight, steps, distance, heart-rate signals, sleep, calories and activity minutes.

Local Data

Onboarding, checklist, training, timer, gym log, set modifier and progress data is stored locally on the device for app functionality.

No Tracking

SO:Fit does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, account login or external analytics in this build.

Permissions

Health permissions are optional. Denying Health access should still allow SO:Fit to open and display demo data.
